Cancellation conditions
- Up to 12 weeks before the start of the vacation: we will refund the deposit.
- Up to 4 weeks before the start of the vacation: the deposit will be forfeited in our favor.
- Up to 1 week before the start of the vacation: we charge 90% of the package price.
- In case of early departure: we charge the total booked stay.
- In case of early arrival: we charge the total booked stay.
- In case of non-arrival without written cancellation: we charge the total booked stay
(beyond that the cancellation conditions according to the Austrian hotel regulations apply)
