The best breakfast of the Brandnertal is served every day from 07:30 to 10:30 am.

Our standard: Hearty and light, regional and international. Warm and cold. Healthy and fresh. If desired also vegan.

Live Cooking – Face To Face

Lunch buffet from 12:00 pm to 02:30 pm
Two soups to choose from, large salad buffet with varying toppings, a classic main course and a vegan alternative, bread station with daily varying spreads.
Always a selection of fresh fruit.
Small sweet finish from 02:30 to 04:00 pm from our own confectionery.
Garden room: Salads and snacks from 12:00 to 04:00 pm.
The whole day: Grander water from the well at the buffet.

In the evening from 06:00 to 08:30 pm: a six-course culinary menu.

Regional greeting from the kitchen.
Two soups to choose from, salad buffet, starters either served or from the buffet, sorbet.
Three main courses to choose from (meat, fish, vegan).

In order to be able to buy regionally, we present you some courses in buffet form, in the live cooking area.

Special menus for allergy sufferers and guests with food intolerances are also prepared if desired. Just ask our receptionists or your waiter.
