Meyer’s Speis is no tourist attraction but actually our wine cellar and our hotel’s pantry. Nevertheless, it has grown into a very special gem over time: Here our house guests can find an assortment of lovingly assembled home-made articles, local handicraft and regional specialties. Therefore, we offer you for purchase:

Jam, honey (from the local beekeeper), spice blends, herbal salt, vinegar, schnapps (special recommendation: our gentian schnapps), gin, wine, cheese, bacon and products of aromatic Swiss pine wood (cushions with Swiss pine chips and Swiss pine balls), and a lot more. One to two times per week, Meyer’s Speis will be open for a tasting. Then we will take our time to present you a lush selection of the freshest products on wooden boards: platters with cold cuts and cheeses, slices of bacon and a matching schnapps.
