Yes, every room is equipped with a coffee machine, kettle and free mineral water. For your first coffee in the morning - or tea before going to sleep.

Right in the heart of Brand - where the mountains are close enough to touch. Right next to the mountain railway, the golf course and just a few steps from the village centre. Arrive and immediately feel at home.

Yes, of course. The nearest railway station is Bludenz (A-6751). From there you can reach Brand in about 20 minutes by taxi (approx. € 35) or in about 30 minutes by bus line 580W.
We are happy to book your taxi in advance to make your journey relaxed and uncomplicated.
If YOU download your Premium Guest Card in advance, you can travel by bus and train from the Vorarlberg border for free!

Out of consideration for other guests, we would ask you not to wear any textiles in the sauna. Please use your hammam towel from your bathing bag for your sauna session or place a towel on the seats.

We offer the opportunity to enjoy a family time-out from 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. with your family. However, we ask you to be considerate of other guests seeking peace and quiet and not to leave your children unattended. Children up to the age of 16 are only permitted to enter the sauna area when accompanied by their parents. Thank you for your understanding.

Our wellness area is for adults aged 16 and over to relax and unwind in harmony with nature. In order to be able to enjoy these relaxation areas as such, access with children is no longer permitted from 2:00 p.m. Thank you for your understanding.

Three are perfect. The first for arriving. The second for letting go. The third to savour. Take time in between to rest, cool down and drink. You set the pace - without a compulsory programme, but with a gut feeling.

Because it's better for you - and for sweating. Clean skin absorbs heat better and the pores work more freely. So take a quick shower, dry off and then: off to the sauna. Clear, simple, sensible.

Water on the hot stone - and suddenly it gets more intense. The steam spreads the heat, often accompanied by fragrances. It's more than just hot. It's an experience.

Your dog needs a muzzle for the ascent in the large-capacity gondola and on the public bus - this is mandatory. So that you both arrive relaxed, we have muzzles for hire.

Your dog is welcome on a lead in the hotel, in the restaurant and in the lobby - so it's relaxed for everyone. In the garden he will meet our rabbits Manfred and Mathilda - they enjoy their freedom, so please keep them on a lead.
On the hiking trails: trust and instinct apply.
Where it's safe, you can sniff.
But please be considerate during the breeding season - that's when it's best to keep the lead on.

Your dog is part of the family - with us he pays €25 per night. This includes a dog blanket, bowl, towels, treats and all the little extras they need to make them feel at home. A holiday with heart and paw - all inclusive.

Kathi has a small pet pharmacy for quick help. And the nearest pharmacy is only a few minutes' drive away. The vet we trust: Tierärzte Team Bludenz, also just a few minutes' drive away.  If you ever need assistance, we'll help you straight away - Kathi knows the best addresses for pets.

We ask you to keep your dog on a lead at the pool area - all guests should be able to relax there undisturbed. But don't worry: there are meadows, streams and walking paths right outside the door where your furry friend can splash around and romp.

The most beautiful routes start right on our doorstep: a short walk along the stream, a short forest loop for in between or the long hike towards Alpe Rona. We will be happy to advise you.

Yes, our indoor pool is heated to 31°C, the outdoor pool to 30°C and the children's pool to 32°C

You will find a spa bathing bag in your room on arrival. It contains a bathrobe, a bath towel, a pair of slippers and a hammam towel per person.
During your stay in the spa and wellness area - for the sake of the environment! - to use your towels sparingly.

To find peace and quiet before your treatment, we ask you to come to the spa reception ten minutes before your treatment begins. This gives you the opportunity to have a cup of tea and get in the mood for your treatment. Our staff will meet you in the waiting area for your treatment. Please understand that we will not be able to extend your treatment if you are late.

You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours in advance.
After that, we will charge 80% of the booked service - out of respect for the team and other guests.

Please come to your treatment in a bathrobe and slippers. You will be well covered with sheets and towels during your treatment to ensure your privacy.

We kindly ask you not to reserve the sunbeds in the indoor and outdoor areas. Out of consideration for other guests seeking peace and quiet, unoccupied sunbeds will be vacated by our staff after 30 minutes.

We use high-quality and selected products for all treatments. We will be happy to advise you to find the right products for you. For your piece of wellness at home.

So that you feel more comfortable and we can cater to your individual needs, please let us know your wishes and any complaints before the treatment begins. It is particularly important to inform us in good time if you are pregnant.

Yes, you can conveniently park your car directly at the hotel - either in the normal car park, in the covered area or in our underground car park. No matter what you're travelling in - your free parking space is secure.

Absolutely. Dogs are very welcome here - after all, we are dog people ourselves. Please let us know when you book so that we can prepare everything.

Yes, in our restaurant we serve regional cuisine with character - honest, local and cooked with love. Table reservations are welcome.

Yes, five days a week we look after your little ones with heart and a thirst for adventure. The children's playroom is also open outside childcare hours - but only when accompanied by an adult.

Yes, the wellness area is also open for children until 2:00 p.m.. After that, the peace and quiet belongs entirely to the adults - for quiet moments and deep relaxation.

Yes, of course. If you arrive by 8:00 p.m., you can enjoy the evening menu as normal.
From 8:30 p.m. we will be happy to serve you a cold platter - so that nobody has to go to bed hungry.

Yes, by prior arrangement. You may use the entire hotel facilities free of charge until 4:00 p.m. on the day of departure.
If you would like to keep your room longer, this is possible until 5:00 p.m. (subject to availability) for a surcharge of € 100.
