4:00 – 5:15 p.m.: gentle and relaxing Yin yoga session to arrive and unwind
Friday & Saturday
8:00 – 9:15 a.m.: energizing yoga practice for increased vitality
4:00 – 5:15 p.m.: yin yoga, followed by meditation or Yoga Nidra to conclude
Sunday
8:00 – 9:15 a.m.: closing morning practice – for calmness and inner clarity
Who is it for?
All sessions are suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners. No prior knowledge needed.
Tip: All yoga & meditation sessions can also be booked individually – perfect for day guests or as an add-on to your stay.
