Sauna rules & standards

Treatment dates

It is recommended to book your appointment via telephone or email at our hotel reception already before your arrival. Please consider that we usually need a lead time of about one week to be able to fulfil your preferences regarding treatments and therapists. Your appointments will be confirmed at the hotel reception when you arrive.

Treatments

To give you the possibility to calm down already before your treatment begins we kindly ask you to arrive at the spa reception 10 minutes early. With a cup of tea in your hands you will get in the mood for your treatment. Our employees will then pick you up in the waiting area. Please mind that we cannot extend the time period of your treatment if you are late.

Cancellation

When you cancel your treatment 48 hours before the appointment we do not charge any costs. Should you cancel your appointment at short notice we have to charge 100% of the treatment costs.

Clothing

Please arrive at the spa in your bathrobe and slippers. We will cover you with sheets and towels during the treatment to keep your privacy.

Your health
In order to make you feel more comfortable and to individually cater to your needs, please let us know your wishes and potential ailments. Especially in the case of a pregnancy we need you to inform us timely.

Hygiene in the sauna landscape
Out of consideration of the other guests we would like to ask you not to wear textiles in the sauna. Please use the hamam towel provided in your spa bag or put a towel on the bench.

Occupying loungers
We ask you not to reserve loungers with personal items in the indoor as well as in the outdoor area. Out of consideration for other guests seeking quietude, unoccupied loungers will be cleared after 30 minutes.

Spa bag
You will find a spa bag in your room when you arrive (one per person). Each contains a bathrobe, a bath towel, a pair of slippers and a hamam towel. We kindly ask you to mind the use of your towels in regard to our environment.

Family timeout
All families have the possibility to enjoy quality time with their children or grandchildren in the spa area from 10.00 am to 02.00 pm. Nevertheless we ask you to be considerate of other spa guests and to not leave your children unattended. Children under the age of 16 can use the sauna area with their parents only. Thank you for your understanding.

Adult timeout
Every day after 02.00 pm our spa area becomes an adults only zone for guests from the age of 16 to enjoy a relaxing timeout close to nature. In order to be able to enjoy these quiet areas, children are not allowed in the spa area after 02.00 pm. We thank you for your understanding.
